Nice venue for having a good time with friends or family.
Ended up bowling for an hour, which cost $35. Shoe rental was extra. My husband and I were able to play three games, but had to keep the pace going to fit it into an hour. We also ended up buying a game card to play games. The game area had a few fun games, but we felt like it was lacking.
The puck for the air hockey table sucked. The puck kept sticking, so we weren't able to play fast (which is the whole point).
We did notice an axe throwing area, which we might try out another time. It was an extra $14-$15 per person. We didn't feel rushed and were able to enjoy ourselves. We went on a Tuesday after lunch.
I had a blast at District 850 for a TPCA employee event this afternoon. It was my first time there and I’ll definitely be going back for more fun!
I had a great time at district 850… we went bowling. The waiter took some time to get to us and get us started. Other than that we had a wonderful time at the pool tables and bowling alley. Veronica at the front desk was so eager to help take our photos. She provided great customer service and a wonderful smile!
We went out with a group of family and friends for the first time at this place. Restaurant was good . After we ate we decided to go to the escape room. The 25 dollar room was closed. We ended up paying 75 dollars per every 2 people for another escape room. My first time in an escape room.
I told the lady who walked us to the room that my boyfriend was hard of hearing when she quietly read off the paper about the room. We get inside two small rooms with all 6 people With no instruction’s.
Every clue was overplayed with some old fashioned music. Where you couldn’t hear what was being said.
For my first time at an escape room, this was not what I expected nor wanted!
Maybe it’s just me, but I thought it would be more than 2 small rooms. And better explained.
I bet that’s why there was no lines for these escape rooms. Anyone that’s done it one time, knows better than to waste that much money again.
I did voice my concerns to the worker when she let us out of the room.
She informed me the music was out of her control and everything was too.
The bowling alley is the only thing I would try if I came back. That did have a waiting time.
Awesome place to spend an afternoon! The kids have tons of options to keep them busy. The bar area is great and the food is excellent! Parents and kids have a blast so it's a win-win!
I have now been here three times: once for my son's birthday and twice for friends' parties and I can say that this place is awesome. I think the owners and management really care about making your experience great. Our party person each time was punctual, kind, and she kept it all running smoothly. The first time we went, my son didn't care for the pizza but the last two times, it was very good. I had a burger this past time and it was dang good! Every time we have been, my kids commented that they like it better than the "other" arcade place on the northwest side so there's that. Bonus points for having Old Chief on tap and not totally overcharging for it!
The atmosphere was great. Really nice place. A good vibe. Do you hear a but coming ?? Myself and 3 others had the beef Nachos and we were really disappointed. Honestly I would leave 0 stars if I could. After purchasing a lane, we attempted to use lane 19 which was the lane they stated we had but when we arrived, our lane was off. We decided to go back and speak with the staff and inform them the lane isn’t working and then decided since the staff was having issues turning it back on, that we wouldn’t mind upgrading and paying the difference. The manager at the time Neha was very unprofessional and was not trying to compromise with us at all. She tried to tell us all the lanes were full even though we specifically paid for lane 19. Instead of getting frustrated, we informed her that since “all the lanes were full” we wouldn’t mind upgrading to the vip lane and paying the difference. The manager ignored us and proceeded to try to figure out why the lane we purchased wouldn’t turn on. We repeated our previous statement, reiterating that we don’t mind upgrading and paying the difference, essentially letting her know we were willing to pay extra money regardless of the inconvenience. She then rudely exclaimed that she can’t upgrade our lane. So we calmly told her, that’s fine, can we just get a refund so that we can purchase the vip lane. She proceeded to ignore us again trying to work on getting the other lane working. After asking for the second time, she acknowledged our question and told us that she can’t give us a a refund either. So at this point, we didn’t know what to do because the manager wasn’t willing to work with us at all! She then stated we will still get our hour of bowling as if it made up for her poor customer service. I know the customer isn’t always right but if they are willing to cooperate and pay extra after being inconvenienced you would think the company would be willing to assist.
